Quick Update on Life

Hey there lovelies!
I apologize for abandoning my blog for almost a month!  My life has been INCREDIBLY busy for the past month, but definitely a good busy!  At the beginning of January I was accepted into Graduate School for M.S. Educational Leadership, so I have been busy with school and writing papers.  Also, my boyfriend has been gone since January on his clinical rotations for Physical Therapy school.  I have been in the twin cities visiting him for the weekend and I will be coming up again next weekend with him parents to visit him again!  I was able to get some shopping in this weekend, which was a GREAT stress reliever! (I will do a post with little shopping haul soon!)

I am also happy to announce that I am going to Salt Lake City for about a week in March!!!  I am SO excited to be going back to SLC!  I will have a few days to just drive around and check things out, so if any of you know some great places to check out let me know!  I will be staying in South Jordan.

Well, since I am snowed in the twin cities and I can't get back home yet I am going to take advantage of this quiet time and get some reading done for school! Have a great week everyone!

To me, one of the best parts of watching award shows is seeing everyone's dresses!

New Year in a Nutshell

This new year has been pretty exciting overall! A lot of good things have been happening and I couldn't ask for anything else!

The most exciting thing I have to announce is that I finally have figured out what I want to do with my life for the time being!

I GOT ACCEPTED INTO GRAD SCHOOL!

I am SO excited that everything is currently working out in my favor!

I am going to be getting a M.S. in Educational Leadership at the same university that I did my undergrad at.

I have realized that I LOVE working with college students and that for me to be happy in life right now, that is what I need to do.

Helping students develop during their college careers and being able to share my knowledge with them has to be one of the most rewarding feelings.

I still have hopes and dreams of opening my own Wedding & Event Planning business at some point, but I am waiting for the right time and place.

For now, I will continue my current journey; graduate school, friends & family, and my blog.
